Sing Live Ltd
Now a matter of Public Record we can confirm that the Company Sing Live Ltd in the control of Linda Metcalfe , Steven Roberts and Teresa Chapman ( Head of Finance ) was no longer able to pay its debts as they fell due.The Directors have accepted that their trading position was no longer feasible and have cited several reasons contributing to its failure .The Directors have claimed Poverty and unable to pay their Creditors.A formal Investigation is now under way. The Matter is NOT concluded .
